- When booking rooms, you will receive an email asking you to pay a deposit of 30% within five days. This will make the reservation final. We will receive the balance on arrival.
- Cancellation: if you cancel from 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge the deposit. If we can still (partially) rent out the room, the deposit will be (partially) refunded.
